ILLUSTRATIONS & NARRATIVES
Many of my paintings beg for stories to accompany them, and some paintings - I call them narratives - are starting points for stories.
In the 1980's and 1990's I illustrated several picture books for children.
I wrote and illustrated The Girl Who Changed her Fate, published by Atheneum in 1992.
I made illustrations for the following books:
Fire and Stone, written by Ursula K. Le Guin, published by Atheneum in 1989.
Wizard of Wind and Rock, written by Pamela Service, published by Atheneum in 1990.
Lissa and the Moon's Sheep, written by Eli Goldblatt, published by Harbinger House in 1990.
